For this recipe, I’ve ditched the dates and unleashed the power of date syrup as I wanted these cookie dough balls to be a little lighter in texture sans the fibre, perfect for satisfying those post-meal dessert cravings without feeling overly dense.

Makes 12 cookie dough balls
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 84g oat flour
- 68g almond flour
- 56g date syrup
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extrac
- 54g chocolate chips
Method:
- Add oat flour, almond flour, date syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl and mix ingredients with a spatula until everything is well incorporated.
- Add chocolate chips and fold into the dough mixture.
- Start rolling out individual dough balls, approximately 22g each.
