Meet Partake,  an American-based brand that was founded by Denise Woodward in 2016. This brand focuses on an assortment of cookies and breakfast mixes, including pancake and waffle mixes.

They’re like the fabulous twin of the better-known brand Enjoy Life – embracing the same awesome values of allergy-friendliness, vegan and gluten free goodness. No nuts, eggs, wheat, dairy, soy, fish, shellfish, mustard, sesame, or sulfites in all their products.

They are also keeping it real with non-GMO ingredients and saying no to artificial preservatives. They use rosemary extract as a natural food preservative in their products. Excellent for any health-conscious eaters out there! 🌿πŸͺ

These soft cookies were a little different from what I had in mind. I was expecting something similar to that classic Subway-cookie chewiness, but these had a slightly crumbly texture instead that breaks apart in your mouth when you chew on them. There is also a touch of grit from undissolved sugar grains which I thought was a little odd in terms of texture.

Taste-wise, the chocolate flavors are playing it cool – mild and subtle, while vanilla’s like, “I’m here to party!” and shines through a bit stronger.

Overall an okay-tasting cookie that would still make a great tea time snack!

These cookies were a delightful combo of crunch and chew, thanks to the oats in the gluten-free oat flour blend.  They also had the right amount of sweetness and a nice touch of saltiness.

You know how some cookies leave a sickly sweet taste in your mouth? Well these cookies definitely don’t, and I’m thinking that it might be due to the unique sugar blend they use by incorporating other healthy sweeteners like tapioca syrup.

These cookies are definitely the MVPs of my cookie world, double thumbs-up! πŸͺπŸ‘πŸ‘
