Recipe
Ingredients:
- 100g almonds (or almond flour)
- 80g oat flour
- 200g medjool dates
- 20g cacao powder
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 40g dried cherries (or any other dried fruit)
Method:
- Process almonds in food processor until a fine flour consistency is achieved.
- Add oat flour, medjool dates and cacao powder to the almond flour in food processor. Process until everything is well mixed.
- Chop cacao nibs into smaller pieces and add them into food processor.
- Add desired dried fruit and other add-ins into food processor.
- Pulse the dough until all the add-ons are evenly incorporated into the dough mixture.
- Start rolling out individual energy balls, approximately 22g each.
