These Nut Butter Cookies of theirs really caught my eye, as they appear to be an Oreo and Julie’s peanut butter cookie dupe, but made healthier!
Cocoa & Cashew Butter

Ingredients: Cashews (cashew flour, cashew butter), organic coconut sugar, organic palm shortening, tapioca starch, organic buckwheat flour, dutch cocoa powder, carrot fibre, arrowroot, organic apple cider vinegar, sea salt, baking soda, vanilla extract, rosemary extract (for freshness)
The ingredients list is great, with organic ingredients used where possible. The other thing I love about this brand is that they do not use refined sugar, but instead coconut sugar in almost all of their products ๐คฉ They also do not use any artificial or natural flavourings in their products but rely on the natural ingredients to flavour the products naturally.
Each box comes with 16 cookies in a tray. The tray helps prevent the cookies from breaking, which is great, but perhaps not so environmentally-friendly ๐

This chocolate cookie was delicious, though not quite the exact dupe for an Oreo cookie due to the filling. The filling is pure cashew butter and the flavour of the cashews did come off quite strong. An Oreo cookie on the other hand has a fondant filling with a strong vanilla flavour. I would describe this cookie exactly as what it was marketed as, a chocolate, cashew butter cookie.
The dark chocolate cookie itself came quite close to the real thing though. It was delightfully crunchy, and the dark cocoa taste was intense and rich, yet not too bitter, and complemented the cashew butter well.
Creamy Peanut Butter

Ingredients: Cashew and peanut blend (cashew flour, peanut butter, peanut flour), organic coconut sugar, tapioca starch, organic palm shortening, organic buckwheat flour, carrot fibre, arrowroot, organic apple cider vinegar, sea salt, baking soda, peanut oil, vanilla extract, rosemary extract (for freshness)

This Peanut Butter cookie was also excellent in taste. The cookie itself is delightfully crunchy, though texture-wise, I would say that it is more dense compared to Julie’s since Julie’s is a wheat cracker and this one is made with dense flours like peanut and cashew flour.
The flavour for this cookie is otherwise great ๐ The cookie itself and the filling both have a strong nutty and roasted peanut flavour which blended seamlessly together.
Final Thoughts
Both cookies tasted great and I would definitely recommend them! So far everyone I’ve offered them to thought both flavours tasted great!
Chocolate lovers would definitley love the Cocoa and Cashew Butter one, though make sure that they don’t mind cashews since you can definitely taste them. My nieces, who are intolerant to peanuts loved this cookie and asked for them everyday! Nutrient-profile wise, these are also way better compared to the chemicals and refined sugar in an Oreo.
Peanut butter lovers would definitely enjoy the Creamy Peanut Butter one. This flavour is my personal favourite ๐
Lastly, these cookies are definitely on the sweeter side so would only recommend them only if you have a sweet tooth!
